A: No. Reservations should be made through Hephzibah Children's Home.
Q - Can we stay somewhere else and still come for rallies, concerts, and dinners?
A - Yes. (See "Lodging & Meals").

Q: Is the Convention Center near the Inn and Hotel?
A: The Convention Center is between the Inn and Hotel. It is just a short walk to the Convention Center, where dinners, rallies, and concerts are held.

Q - Can our group room in the same building?
A - Yes, but we must know the name of your group, and each person must indicate the group name when they register

Q - Can our group eat together?
A - We can try to accommodate that request but it gets difficult, especially with larger groups. We encourage people to eat with people they don't know in order to make new friends.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Dress is casual. Since spring temperatures in the Smokys can be cool, you'll want to prepare accordingly. You will also want to bring a sweater or jacket to the convention center for rallies and concerts.
Q: Will there be opportunities to learn about Hephzibah Children's Home?
A: Yes. Representatives from Hephzibah will be present at the event. There will be times of sharing the mission and ministry of Hephzibah, and an opportunity (not required) to be a part of an annual project that will benefit Hephzibah Children's Home.
Q - Can we come a day early or stay an extra day or two?
A - Yes, but reservations for those days need to be made directly with the Music Road Hotel. The Hotel cannot guarantee that you will have the same room for the event, but will make an effort to meet the request. Our rooming list is given to the facility three weeks ahead of the event, so the Hotel cannot assign rooms for extra days until they have the list; and then it depends on what rooms are available.
